PSM 1 Certification
I'm not a big fan of professional certifications simply because it's too expensive and often, it's just a money-making scheme in Manila. Here in Auckland, it's different. Certifications do solidify your qualifications. So I have been a Scrum Master for five years. I learned it on the job and thought maybe that I didn't need a certification as I am already doing it anyway. But someone who I met recently told me how inspiring my role was, and that since I'm already there, I might as well own it. Logging this as a milestone as it is my first professional certification.
I am now a Professional Scrum Master.
Looking forward to do more in the future.
